Our client is a global management consulting firm is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join the team for an EV Strategy Project.

This is an on-site, 6 months contract based in Indonesia; open to consultants based in APAC who can fly in and out as needed.

Key Activities

• Lead a defined workstream within a broader growth and profitability strategy engagement.
• Conduct market, competitor, and commercial performance analysis.
• Develop fact-based insights to identify growth opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assess market trends, customer dynamics, and strategic growth levers.
• Build business cases and support strategic decision-making.
• Develop client-ready presentations and executive-level recommendations.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather inputs, test hypotheses, and validate findings.
• Collaborate closely with the wider consulting team to deliver project objectives within tight timelines.

Your Background

• 4-8 years of strategy consulting experience
• Must have worked with McKinsey, Bain, BCG or Kearney
• EV experience is a nice-to-have
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hypothesis-driven thinking capabilities
• Experience conducting market and competitive analysis
• Ability to own deliverables independently and manage senior stakeholders
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and communication skills
• Fluent in English
