This is an opportunity to work with a global consulting firm, supporting them with on-the-ground research to support a project in the digital financial services / payments space.

Objective:

• Understand e wallet landscape, validate users - consumers and merchants, economics around it
• The focus of the role will be to conduct on the ground mystery shopping and secondary research to support this objective

Skills and experience needed:

• Research: Primary (Mystery shopping, interviews) and secondary (e.g statistics that might be in Vietnamese public database / news)
• Analysis and synthesis of information and insights
• Presentation, communication and report writing

Other details:

• English and Vietnamese language skills will be needed
• 1 to 5 week engagement with weekly check-ins on progress
• Familiarity in digital / financial services - lending / e wallet / payments would be a plus
• 3-5 years work experience in a research, consulting or analysis role
