A leading global consulting firm is supporting a large-scale SAP implementation program for a top real estate developer in North India. As part of this transformation, the firm is looking to onboard an experienced SAP Finance consultant to strengthen the finance workstream and ensure seamless integration of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the broader system landscape.

The SAP Finance Consultant will play a critical role in bridging business and technology, working closely with finance stakeholders and the system integrator to validate solution design, drive process alignment, and support successful implementation and go-live. This is a high-impact role within a live transformation program, offering strong exposure to enterprise-scale SAP deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance workstream within an ongoing SAP implementation program
• Act as a bridge between business finance teams and the system integrator (SI) partner
• Validate solution design from a finance, controls, and compliance perspective
• Ensure alignment of OTC processes with business requirements and SAP capabilities
• Drive issue resolution, testing coordination, and go-live readiness activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track implementation progress and resolve bottlenecks

Your Background

• 5–7+ years of experience in finance and SAP implementation roles
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations
• Background in Real Estate or EPC sectors preferred (Manufacturing experience also considered)
• CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent educational background preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside system integrators and business teams

This is a contractual role based in Gurgaon with an expectation of on-site presence. The project is already underway, with an immediate start (within 2–3 weeks). The initial contract duration is 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on project needs. No regular travel is expected; any ad-hoc travel will be reimbursed
