Project Overview

Our client, a leading global payments technology company, is seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to join their Consulting & Analytics practice in India. This contract role sits within the Managed Services team and will support a major banking partner in optimizing their cardholder portfolio strategy. The engagement is part of a broader initiative to enhance customer activation, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing and portfolio segmentation.


As the Campaign Manager, you will serve as the central strategist and execution lead, bridging the client’s business goals with actionable campaign frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Portfolio, and Analytics - to design, implement, and monitor targeted campaigns that drive measurable impact on portfolio performance. Your work will directly influence customer communication strategies, channel optimization, and the overall effectiveness of the client’s marketing investments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize a comprehensive program framework for customer activation, engagement, and retention by identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments.
  • Design and execute end-to-end campaign delivery, including list generation, communication mix design, channel attribution, and messaging optimization to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Establish monitoring and review protocols to track program performance pre-, during, and post-campaign, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and budget constraints.
  • Drive offer communication strategies by optimizing channel and message mix, while setting up effective feedback loops with key stakeholder groups.
  • Own all client-facing deliverables and lead engagement discussions, navigating complex team dynamics and influencing decisions across multiple internal and partner teams.
  • Structure project documentation and deliverables, leveraging data insights and client inputs to inform strategic recommendations.


Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing; 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, with a strong preference for credit card or debit card portfolio/campaign management.
  • Proven critical thinker with robust problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and project management capabilities, with experience leading client engagements independently.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with a solid understanding of current marketing trends and channel optimization.
  • Ability to navigate complex team dynamics and influence cross-functional partners to achieve program objectives.


Other Info

The role is based in Dwarka, Delhi, with a hybrid working model requiring onsite presence as per client norms. The contract duration is 12 months, with a start date to be confirmed upon selection. This is a high-visibility engagement with potential for extension based on performance and program evolution.
