Our client is a global consulting firm, working with one of India's largest integrated energy companies, is undertaking a broad-based transformation and growth agenda across conventional energy, renewable energy, and emerging clean energy segments, including green hydrogen. To support this initiative, the organisation is looking to onboard 3-4 high-calibre consultants with strong strategy and energy-sector experience.

The consultants will work closely with senior stakeholders to support critical strategic and operational priorities across the energy value chain. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives within one of the country's leading energy players, helping shape business decisions across traditional and future-focused energy businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives across oil & gas, renewable energy, green energy, bioenergy, LNG/LPG, or green hydrogen business areas.
• Conduct market assessments, industry analysis, and commercial evaluations to support business decision-making.
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable insights for senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and support key transformation initiatives.
• Build financial, operational, and market intelligence analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership discussions and decision-making.

Your Background

• 4+ years of consulting experience with a leading strategy, management consulting, or advisory firm.
• Strong performance track record and demonstrated experience delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Prior project experience in at least one of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Green Energy, Bio Energy, LNG/LPG, Natural Gas, or Green Hydrogen.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, growth strategy, commercial due diligence, business planning, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Educational background from IIT, IIM, ISB, or other leading institutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with top-tier consulting firms is preferred, though candidates from other reputable consulting organisations will also be considered.

• This is a full-time contractual consulting engagement, with the initial contract duration will be two years. 
• The role will be based in either Mumbai or Delhi, and consultants should be flexible to work from both locations as project requirements evolve.
