Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Back-End Software Engineer to complement the current Client Value Management outsourced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software systems and applications that deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

The role requires a strong engineering mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for leveraging modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, AI-driven innovations, and foundational engineering standards to deliver robust and maintainable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable back-end applications and services.
• Build high-performing, secure, and resilient software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Apply software engineering best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, architecture, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Leverage the latest AI innovations and development technologies to improve engineering productivity and solution quality.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and mentoring of engineering team members.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and system reliability issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foundational engineering practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in software development, with a strong focus on back-end engineering.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale software systems.
• Strong hands-on development experience in:
• Java
• C# /.NET
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native development principles.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of agile software development methodologies.
