Our client is seeking an experienced eLearning content developer for a confidential, short-term project with a healthcare organisation. The project involves converting existing clinical training materials into an online learning package, including practical assessments that show learners can understand and apply the content.

The consultant will review the existing materials, structure the learning with the clinical lead and build the modules in Articulate. They will then work with the internal training team to publish and test the content in the organisation’s existing LMS. The engagement finishes with a handover of editable source files and assessment materials to support ongoing maintenance.

This is an immediate start, with capacity required over approximately 4–6 weeks. An initial release is targeted for mid-November 2026. Scope and any phased delivery will be confirmed once the materials have been reviewed. Further project details will be shared with shortlisted consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing documents and reference materials, and identify gaps in the content
• Structure the learning in collaboration with the clinical lead
• Develop eLearning modules in Articulate, using existing templates where appropriate
• Create clinical scenarios, assessments and answer explanations
• Define pass and reassessment rules for the assessments
• Collaborate with the internal training team to publish and test content in the existing LMS
• Deliver editable source files and assessment materials
• Provide a handover to support ongoing maintenance of the content
