- Investigate the extensive use of stored procedures, hard-coded product configurations, and other technical design decisions to understand their underlying causes and implications.
- Identify root causes of existing implementation challenges, including maintainability issues, unnecessary customisations, configuration limitations, and potential performance concerns.
- Assess opportunities to simplify the solution, reduce technical complexity, and improve system flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop actionable recommendations and a practical roadmap to address identified issues, including potential remediation approaches and architectural improvements.
- Work closely with the bank’s technical and business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing T24 environment and validate findings.

- Strong understanding of T24 architecture, product configuration, customisation, stored procedures, and associated technical components.
- Proven experience reviewing complex banking system implementations, identifying root causes of technical issues, and recommending practical remediation strategies.
- Exposure to retail banking products and configurations, with corporate lending experience considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently conduct a detailed technical assessment and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.
