As the Lead Insurance Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for leading insurance accounting and reporting activities across the business, ensuring robust financial controls, insightful reporting and compliance with technical accounting and regulatory standards.

Main responsibilities

• Assist in driving the development, enhancement and automation of insurance reporting processes and controls.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs.
• Deliver detailed financial performance analysis and variance reporting.
• Lead competitor and insurance industry financial analysis.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Required Skills

• 3-5 years' experience within insurance finance, accounting, reporting or financial management
• Strong IFRS 17 and regulatory reporting experience in an insurance environment
• Proven experience in financial analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes
• Ability to engage, influence and present to senior stakeholders
