Our client, a leading management consulting firm, is supporting a consumer durables company on a broader business initiative in Goa. The project will involve strengthening the client’s commercial and sales agenda, with the consultant working closely with the project team to bring relevant consumer durables expertise.

The consultant will support the team with sales-related workstreams, bringing a practical understanding of the consumer durables market and helping shape recommendations and initiatives for the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team on sales and commercial workstreams for a consumer durables business.
• Bring industry perspectives and insights on consumer durables sales and market dynamics.
• Analyse existing sales approaches and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and support their implementation with the client team.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate analysis into actionable business initiatives.

Your Background

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in sales within the consumer durables sector.
• MBA from a Tier 1 business school.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently in a consulting environment.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders and translating business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Start: Immediate

Location: Goa. Consultant to be based in Goa Monday–Friday; travel expenses will be covered, with flexibility to return to their base location over weekends.

Working model: Full-time, onsite

Contract Duration: Initially 3–6 months, with potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.
