We are looking to connect with experienced Wealth & Asset Management Business Analysts for our talent pool as we anticipate future project demand across the UK Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Platform, Private Banking and broader Financial Services sectors.

This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with specialist business-analysis experience across investment management, wealth technology and platform transformation programmes so we can respond quickly as new client projects come to market.

We are particularly interested in professionals who can support investment-platform delivery, operating-model transformation, regulatory change, digital-wealth initiatives and technology-enabled business transformation.

What you may support:

• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders, operations teams and technology delivery teams.
• Support investment-platform implementation, migration and transformation programmes.
• Map and redesign front, middle and back-office business processes.
• Define target operating models and future-state business processes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions.
• Support systems integration and data-migration initiatives.
• Develop user stories, process maps, business cases and functional specifications.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and business-readiness activities.
• Support regulatory, compliance and risk-driven change initiatives.
• Help drive automation, workflow optimisation and operational-efficiency programmes.
• Work closely with product, investment, operations, technology and vendor teams throughout project delivery.

Independent consulting, contracting or project-based experience is advantageous.
