A leading management consulting firm is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to join a strategic enterprise architecture engagement for a Government regulator. This is an initial 3-month engagement, commencing in early September, requiring approximately 1–2 days per week.
As the Microsoft Dynamics Subject Matter Expert, you will provide strategic advice on the future role of Microsoft Dynamics within the client's enterprise architecture. Working alongside senior architects and consulting teams, you will help shape the target-state architecture, information management model, platform strategy and transition roadmap. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect or Solution Architect who enjoys working at the intersection of enterprise architecture, digital transformation and government advisory.
Enterprise Architecture Advisory: Provide subject matter expertise on Microsoft Dynamics and the broader Microsoft ecosystem to inform the client's future-state enterprise architecture.
Platform Strategy: Assess the role of Microsoft Dynamics within the target technology landscape and provide recommendations aligned to business and architectural objectives.
Information Management: Evaluate information management approaches across Content Manager, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Purview, including records management considerations.
Architecture Roadmap: Support the development of architecture recommendations, implementation options and a practical transition roadmap.
Commercial & Operating Model Assessment: Assess licensing models, operating models and whole-of-life cost implications associated with future-state platform options.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with enterprise architects, consulting teams and senior client stakeholders to provide strategic advice and technical expertise throughout the engagement.
