Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support initiatives within its Information Technology Group. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements that support process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.

This role will play a key part in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, helping to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in the Philippines.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews and discussions.
• Analyse business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for automation and optimisation.
• Prepare business design documentation, including process flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Develop business specifications such as user stories and requirements documentation.
• Prepare technical specifications, including API documentation and Swagger files where required.
• Utilise standardised templates to produce clear and concise requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on roadmap planning and requirements prioritisation.
• Support quality assurance activities by assisting with test planning and reviewing test cases to ensure requirements are adequately covered.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in CASA, time deposits, or banking-related environments.
• Experience working with end-to-end financial transaction processes is also considered relevant.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience analysing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Experience producing business and technical documentation, including process flows, user stories, requirements specifications, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with product roadmap planning and requirements prioritisation.
• Previous experience managing multi-stakeholder projects is highly advantageous.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is desirable.
