Project Overview

A leading member-based services organisation is urgently seeking a Consultant / BA to undertake a structured product and account view across a key OEM customer.

This is an initial 4-week engagement, ideally commencing as soon as possible, focused on establishing a clear understanding of the current state - including problem statements, gaps in product execution, delivery challenges, and defining a pathway to remediation. Working cross-functionally across Product, Operations, and Finance, the role will develop a well-rounded and aligned view of both issues and opportunities.

Due to the nature and duration of this engagement, this would suit someone who can absorb quickly and deliver meaningful work in a short time - experience in consulting would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a structured current-state review of the product and account for the nominated customer.
  • Establish high-level problem statements, including gaps in product execution and key challenges.
  • Identify and synthesise issues and opportunities across Product, Operations, Finance and the customer stakeholder group.
  • Define a pathway to remediation (high-level), aligned across stakeholders.
  • Engage and coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and the customer to ensure a consistent, agreed view of the current state.

Your Background

  • Experience delivering structured diagnostic/current-state assessments in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability across Product, Operations and Finance (and external customer stakeholders)
  • Ability to translate ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements, gaps, and remediation pathways
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to align stakeholders quickly under time pressure
