Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Analyst to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective system and process solutions. The role requires a strong blend of business analysis, systems knowledge, data expertise, and stakeholder management, making it ideal for professionals who can operate comfortably across both functional and technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
- Work closely with development and technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Facilitate and support system configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and change requests.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, reconciliation, and reporting requirements are met.
- Support end-to-end project delivery across design, implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, process maps, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and training to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and system improvements.
Ideal Background
- 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, techno-functional consulting, or system implementation roles.
- Proven ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions with a hands-on understanding of systems, data, and business processes.
- Experience working on large-scale technology transformation, system implementation, or business change initiatives.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Experience collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycles, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, integration, and enhancement activities.
- Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis, reporting, and data validation techniques.
- Experience with UAT, system testing, integration testing, and defect management.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or equivalent are advantageous.
