Our client is seeking three Manila-based consultants to support consumer banking credit card initiatives, with a primary focus on credit card product performance, customer acquisition, activation, spend growth, engagement, and retention management. The consultants will work closely with banking clients to drive portfolio growth, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifecycle optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support consumer banking clients on credit card product and portfolio growth initiatives.
- Develop and execute credit card product strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.
- Drive card activation, spend growth, usage, retention, and customer lifecycle management initiatives.
- Analyze portfolio, product, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and recommend actions.
- Work closely with marketing, analytics, product, operations, and business teams to deliver targeted campaigns and product enhancements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product positioning and portfolio optimization.
- Prepare client presentations, status updates, and project deliverables.
- Support implementation of agreed initiatives and track business outcomes.
Required Experience
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
- 5–7 years of experience within Consumer Banking.
- Strong experience in Credit Card Product Management (preferred) and/or Credit Card Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Credit card product development and management
- Portfolio growth and optimization
- Customer acquisition, activation, and engagement
- Campaign execution and performance analysis
- Spend and retention strategies
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage directly with banking clients.
Preferred Background
- Experience with leading Philippine banks such as BDO Unibank, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Metrobank, UnionBank of the Philippines, RCBC or other regional/global banks.
