Our client is seeking two Jakarta-based consultants to support portfolio optimization initiatives for consumer banking clients, with a primary focus on credit card portfolio performance, customer engagement, activation, spend growth, and retention management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct portfolio analysis using client data to identify opportunities for activation, spend growth, engagement, and attrition reduction.
- Support the development and execution of credit card portfolio and marketing campaigns.
- Perform market and competitor research on banking products, portfolio strategies, and consumer trends.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Support project management activities, including progress tracking, issue management, and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare materials for weekly working sessions, bi-weekly updates, and Steering Committee meetings.
- Assist in implementing agreed portfolio optimization initiatives and monitoring results.
Required Experience
- Native Indonesian speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Based in Jakarta and available to work onsite at client offices.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Consumer Banking.
- Strong experience in Credit Card Portfolio Management, including activation, spend optimization, engagement, retention, and campaign execution.
- Experience analyzing portfolio performance and translating insights into actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage client stakeholders.
- Prior experience with Indonesian banks is preferred, particularly with organizations such as Citibank, Bank Mandiri, DBS Bank, or HSBC.
Duration: 12 months
Start Date: July 2026
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (onsite at client offices)
Allocation: Full-time (22 working days per month)
