Our client, a global payments firm is seeking an experienced Cards Product Manager to be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This a fully on-site, 3-months contract (extendable to 6-months) based in KL City Centre. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead paper approvals and governance workflows</li><li>Coordinate with risk, compliance, legal and internal forums</li><li>Track milestones and unblock issues to approval</li><li>Drive marketing communications alignment</li><li>Translate product decisions into launch messaging requirements</li><li>Coordinate with marketing on creatives, channels and timelines</li><li>Own product training readiness</li><li>Develop or adapt training materials</li><li>Coordinate briefings for sales, branch and frontline teams</li><li>Execute hands?on launch activities</li><li>Manage launch checklist, dependencies and cutover</li><li>Be the single point of coordination across product, ops and marketing during go?live</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3-7 years of cards product manager experience within a financial institution</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
