We are looking for an Operating Model & Organisation Design Consultant, with a focus on hands-on delivery - designing structures, roles, decision rights and value chains, and working directly with client stakeholders to bring the design through to execution.

What we are looking for:

• 6 to 10 years of experience, at Manager to Senior Manager level with demonstrated delivery experience in organisation design or operating model engagements, beyond high-level advisory
• Confidence executing independently and managing outputs end-to-end
• Based in Sydney or Melbourne, with some on-site presence required
• Familiarity with Orgvue and experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process methodologies
