  • Analyze the current commercial card set-up (products, processes, pricing, controls, servicing, reporting, technology, and partner integrations) and raise clear optimization requests with quantified impact and delivery approach.
  • Own regional governance to align Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Finance; manage dependencies and ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and commercially viable.

  • Lead commercialization of new and enhanced commercial card propositions (e.g., virtual cards, controls, data/insights, ERP/expense integrations) from concept to launch, including go-to-market and sales enablement.
  • Lead senior stakeholder discussions and executive business reviews (client leadership, external partners, and priority clients) to align on strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes.
  • Support complex opportunities with solution design, commercial structuring, and proposal development (including pricing, value articulation, and implementation approach) for large corporate and institutional clients.
  • Own performance cadence for the portfolio (KPIs, pipeline, and economics) and contribute to P&L discussions by identifying actions to improve revenue, yield, and cost-to-serve.
