Our client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of a D365 ERP implementation. The role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery across planning, governance, vendor management, solution assurance, testing, and business adoption.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder engagement, and hands-on project management capability across the full ERP lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end ERP implementation plan across all phases and workstreams, including milestones, critical path, dependencies, and resourcing
• Establish and run project governance, including Steering Committee and delivery forums; prepare governance packs and provide regular status reporting across schedule, scope, cost, risks, issues, and quality
• Manage implementation partner(s), ensuring delivery against scope and contractual commitments; coordinate deliverables, manage escalations, and resolve issues timeously
• Maintain scope baseline and control change, including impact assessments, approvals, and traceability to business requirements and benefits
• Own and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and dependency logs; drive mitigation actions and escalation where required
• Provide delivery assurance across solution design, build, and configuration activities; ensure quality reviews, sign-offs, and methodology gates are completed
• Own the end-to-end testing, data, and deployment approach, including SIT and UAT coordination, defect management, data migration cycles, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Coordinate change and adoption activities in collaboration with Change Management, including business readiness, communications, training, hypercare, and transition to operations

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an ERP implementation project manager, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong project planning, governance, and delivery management capability across complex enterprise programmes
• Experience managing systems integrators or implementation partners
• Solid understanding of ERP solution delivery, testing, data migration, and cutover activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior and executive level
• Ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, and competing priorities in large-scale programmes
