Our client, a boutique design consultancy firm, is supporting a client engagement to review and potentially replace an existing SaaS platform. he client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead hands?on delivery across a long?term engagement, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of the programme.

This role will oversee delivery activities across discovery and execution phases, working closely with product, design, and technical teams. The ideal consultant will bring strong SaaS delivery experience, preferably within government or public?sector environments, and be comfortable operating in a highly hands?on capacity.

Project Scope

Key Activities

• Lead day?to?day delivery management across the SaaS review and replacement programme.
• Plan and coordinate delivery activities across discovery, design, build, and transition phases.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, designers, and technical teams.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to client objectives, user needs, and governance requirements.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between the consultancy team and client stakeholders.
• Drive hands?on problem solving to remove delivery blockers and maintain momentum.
• Support delivery decision?making relating to buy vs build outcomes as the programme evolves.

Your Background

Essential

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager on complex SaaS or digital transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or ServiceNow platforms.
• Strong hands?on delivery capability with the ability to operate independently.
• Experience managing multi?disciplinary teams and multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Background delivering projects within government or public?sector environments.
• Experience working within consultancy or design?led delivery teams.
• Exposure to platform replacement or technology modernisation initiatives.
