Project Overview

A management consulting firm is engaging experienced transformation consultants to support enterprise clients undergoing organisation design, operating model, and technology-enabled change initiatives. The consultants will work closely with senior client stakeholders to shape strategy, facilitate workshops, and deliver structured change programmes that translate strategy into execution. This role requires practitioners who can operate across both operating model design and technology-enabled transformation, contributing to client engagements from problem definition through to implementation.


Key Activities:


  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape and deliver enterprise transformation and change initiatives
  • Support the design and refinement of operating models aligned to strategic objectives
  • Contribute to technology-enabled change programmes, ensuring business alignment and adoption
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to define problems, generate solutions, and align stakeholders
  • Translate strategic direction into structured delivery plans and actionable initiatives
  • Analyse data and insights to inform transformation decisions and support evidence-based recommendations
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to high-quality consulting delivery
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to support programme execution across multiple client engagements


Your Background:


Essential:

  • 3–8 years’ consulting or organisational change experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Exposure to operating model design or organisational design work
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to work with data to support recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree qualification in business, commerce, HR, or a related discipline


Desirable:

  • Experience working within a large consulting firm environment
  • Exposure to enterprise clients undergoing large-scale transformation programmes
  • Experience supporting both strategy development and implementation delivery
  • Ability to work across multiple engagements and adapt to changing project requirements
