A leading financial services institution is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a non-technical Project Delivery squad supporting a major enterprise initiative in Papua New Guinea. The squad will be embedded onsite with the end client and will be responsible for structured delivery, governance oversight, and execution support within a complex environment. This role will focus on bridging business and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned to strategic objectives. The ideal consultant will be delivery-focused, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and experienced operating in large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Activities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Document process flows, business rules, and data requirements
• Support project planning, including risk identification and issue tracking
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
• Contribute to governance reporting and structured project documentation
• Support end-to-end delivery within an onsite, embedded client environment

Your Background:

Essential:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience delivering within enterprise-scale projects or transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in onsite, client-facing environments
• Strong analytical thinking and documentation capability
• Fluency in English

Desirable:

• Experience within banking, financial services, or payments
• Experience working in emerging markets or cross-cultural environments
• Local language capability
