A leading financial services institution is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a non-technical Project Delivery squad supporting a major enterprise initiative in Papua New Guinea. The squad will be embedded onsite with the end client and will be responsible for structured delivery, governance oversight, and execution support within a complex environment. This role will focus on bridging business and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and aligned to strategic objectives. The ideal consultant will be delivery-focused, confident engaging senior stakeholders, and experienced operating in large-scale transformation programmes.
Key Activities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate stakeholder workshops
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Document process flows, business rules, and data requirements
- Support project planning, including risk identification and issue tracking
- Collaborate with Project Managers and senior business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
- Contribute to governance reporting and structured project documentation
- Support end-to-end delivery within an onsite, embedded client environment
Your Background:
Essential:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience delivering within enterprise-scale projects or transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in onsite, client-facing environments
- Strong analytical thinking and documentation capability
- Fluency in English
Desirable:
- Experience within banking, financial services, or payments
- Experience working in emerging markets or cross-cultural environments
- Local language capability
