Our client is PerceptX, a Canadian-owned boutique advisory firm focused exclusively on aerospace, defence, and government-driven markets, advising senior executives and policymakers. With operations across North America and the Indo-Pacific, the firm supports strategy and growth initiatives for highly specialized industrial and defence-related clients.
They are seeking a GTM Execution Consultant to support an execution-led market development initiative across selected APAC markets. This is not a pure strategy role—the focus is on practical GTM execution, including market research, lead identification, and enabling early-stage commercial conversations.

Project Objective / Scope
- Support GTM execution efforts across targeted APAC markets
- Enable pipeline and lead generation activities for utilities and energy-related offerings
- Build market intelligence to support commercial outreach and client introductions
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop research on:
- Public and private sector procurement policies
- Utilities, energy producers, and renewable operators
- Key end users and buying entities in target markets
- Identify and map relevant stakeholders and organizations
- Support lead generation by setting up introductory conversations between the client and prospective end users
- Maintain a rolling execution plan, tackling defined GTM priorities every two weeks
- Provide structured updates on progress, market signals, and emerging opportunities
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in utilities, energy producers, renewables, or adjacent regulated infrastructure sectors
- Experience supporting GTM execution, business development, or commercial operations
- Comfortable with market research, stakeholder mapping, and outbound setup (not just strategy decks)
- Familiar with procurement environments and buyer dynamics in APAC
- Able to operate independently on a rolling, execution-oriented mandate
