Our client is a leading global management consulting firm with a strong presence across Southeast Asia, supporting clients on strategy, transformation, and performance improvement engagements. The firm is looking to onboard a Thai-speaking Generalist Consultant to support a portfolio of ongoing and upcoming consulting engagements. The consultant will work across multiple projects and industries, providing structured problem-solving and execution support to consulting case teams.
This role is suited for a versatile generalist consultant who is comfortable operating in dynamic environments where scope, duration, and utilization may vary by project.
Project Objective / Scope
- Support multiple consulting projects across Thailand-based client engagements
- Provide generalist consulting support across strategy, operations, transformation, and performance improvement topics
- Flexibly deploy across workstreams based on project needs and priorities
Key Responsibilities
- Support structured problem-solving and analysis across assigned workstreams
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform client recommendations
- Prepare client-ready materials (e.g., presentations, analyses, summaries)
- Participate in client discussions, workshops, and working sessions as required
- Collaborate closely with consulting team members and client stakeholders
Working Model
- Hybrid working model
- Some projects may require on-site presence at client locations
- Flexibility to attend in-person client sessions when required
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Strong generalist consulting background
- Comfortable working across ambiguous and evolving problem statements
- Structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to produce clear, concise, and client-ready outputs
- Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred
Language Requirements
- Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory
