Project Overview
This engagement supports a large Australian insurance organisation delivering a multi-year Guidewire-led core systems transformation across claims and policy platforms. The Iteration Manager will operate within active Agile delivery squads, enabling effective iteration planning, coordination, and flow across complex, multi-disciplinary teams. The role is embedded in an in-flight transformation program, requiring strong hands-on delivery leadership rather than advisory oversight.
