Key Activities

  • Drive post-deal value creation initiatives such as performance improvement, growth strategy, cost optimisation, organisational design, and turnaround support
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality outputs and delivery against tight timelines
  • Partner with senior leadership on client engagement and business development, contributing to proposal development and practice growth
  • Work closely with private equity investors and portfolio company management teams to deliver practical, measurable outcomes

  • 3–6 years’ experience (Manager) or 6–9 years’ experience (Senior Manager) in top-tier strategy consulting, with strong preference for MBB background
  • Demonstrated private equity or transaction experience, including commercial due diligence and/or post-deal value creation
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams and small teams in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in, or strong familiarity with, the ANZ market
