Our client is a global IT consulting firm. They are seeking an experienced Business analyst with deep expertise in life and health insurance claims to support the ongoing implementation of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) claims intake and processing platform. The role will focus on enabling third-party administrator (TPA) and broader network integrations with the new claims platform.
The client is working closely with a global leading life and health insurance provider operating across Malaysia and several other regional entities. The role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a hybrid working model, requiring on-site presence at the client office as needed.
The contractor is being engaged to strengthen requirements definition and business engagement capabilities during a critical phase of claims transformation. Success will be measured by the quality, completeness, and usability of requirements that enable seamless integration between TPAs, provider networks, and the core claims platform as part of a wider claims modernisation initiative.

- Translate business needs into clear, structured artefacts suitable for consumption by technology and integration teams.
- Support the broader claims transformation programme by ensuring requirements align with the capabilities and constraints of the selected COTS product.
- Collaborate with delivery teams working on parallel workstreams related to claims intake and processing.
