The AI Microsoft Developer will design, develop, and implement automation and agentic AI solutions using the Microsoft suite. As the technical lead for automation within the program delivery team, you will translate business needs into robust, scalable workflows that deliver measurable efficiency gains. The ideal talent brings deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and enterprise automation, and can work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a hybrid Melbourne/Sydney setting.

Key Activities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of automation solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, Power Automate).
• Translate business and process requirements into practical, scalable automation workflows.
• Collaborate with internal IT, PMO, consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices, security, and integration within the GH/IPH environment.
• Document solutions, track benefits realisation, and support program reporting.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and capability-building for internal teams.

Your Background:

• Essential: 8+ years’ experience in Microsoft automation/AI development; hands-on expertise with Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Automate; proven delivery of automation/AI projects in enterprise environments; strong process mapping, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Desirable: Experience in professional services or regulated industries; knowledge of agentic AI applications.
