Project Overview
A leading bank is seeking a Marketing Manager who is required to support the execution of loyalty and customer engagement initiatives within a large-scale, customer-focused marketing program. The role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across digital, web, and EDM platforms, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with brand and business objectives.
This role will contribute to maintaining brand consistency, driving customer value proposition (CVP) messaging, and ensuring all marketing activities meet legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. This role will operate within a hybrid working environment (2–3 days in office).
Key Activities
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across web, digital, and EDM channels to drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and implement CVP messaging across customer communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with broader marketing strategy.
- Balance creativity with compliance, ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry standards (including financial sector guidelines).
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring cohesive visual identity and messaging across platforms and materials.
- Oversee content creation for websites, social media, and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, product, and compliance) to deliver timely and high-quality marketing assets.
- Measure campaign performance, analyse results, and identify opportunities to enhance future communications and customer engagement.
Your Background
Essential:
- Proven experience in Marketing, ideally within large-scale, customer-centric industries with a focus on Banking & Financial Services.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content management, and campaign delivery across multiple channels (web, social, EDM).
- Excellent understanding of marketing compliance frameworks and experience adhering to regulatory standards (e.g., ASIC, APRA).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, hybrid working environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools for measuring campaign performance.
- Exposure to brand strategy and creative development processes.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
