Our client, a leading bank, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery of key Everyday Banking products, including transaction accounts, debit cards, and other core retail banking offerings. This role is business focused, with a strong focus on product retention, customer experience, and market competitiveness.
The ideal talent will have extensive experience in banking product management, particularly in transaction accounts, card products, and retention strategies, with the ability to collaborate across business units to enhance customer value propositions.
Key Activities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute product strategies for everyday banking products, with a focus on retention and lifecycle management.
- Product Delivery: Oversee the execution of product enhancements and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Customer Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer retention and engagement with transaction accounts and card products, addressing customer needs and reducing churn.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with the data analytics team to define scope, gather insights, and track performance metrics for retention and product usage.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor customer preferences, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product positioning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams, including risk, operations, digital, and customer experience, to ensure seamless product enhancements.
- Regulatory & Risk Considerations: Ensure product strategies and changes comply with banking regulations, risk frameworks, and internal policies.
Your Background:
- Experience: 7+ years in banking product management, with a focus on transaction accounts, debit cards, and customer retention strategies.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of everyday banking products, customer lifecycle management, and financial services regulations.
