Our client, a Global Payments Firm is currently engaged in a project with a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. To support with this our client is looking to onboard a Technical Project Manager to join their team.
The Technical Project Manager will play a pivotal role in providing post development support and implementing use
cases for a cutting-edge Personal Financial Management (PFM) module on the Moneythor Engine. This role requires
a blend of technical acumen, strong business sense, and outstanding stakeholder management skills to drive the
post rollout support and integration of innovative PFM solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support Client business team prioritize PFM use cases through deep technical knowledge of product
- features and Client technical capabilities
- Coordinate between consulting and Client teams (Business/IT/Digital/Info Sec/ data) on PFM related technical requirements to ensure deployment progress related technical requirements to ensure deployment progress;
- Provide on-ground support to resolve specific technical challenges pertaining to integration to scheme assets and/or scheme tech partners;
- Advocate and communicate the solution to the relevant stakeholders and propose roadmap changes if necessary
- Facilitates use case deployment according to set timelines in collaboration with 3rd parties (if
- applicable)
- Provide full project management documentation and tracking timelines and deliverables for digital projects
- Actively and efficiently liaison with the scheme's product, and account management functions with feedback.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the PFM module meets business and technical requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback post-implementation to refine use cases and improve the PFM module’s performance and user experience.
Experience Required:
- BS degree in Computer Science or similar technical degree or equivalent practical experience
- Project Management, Agile Methodology
- Experience in Cards, Loyalty and Digital Banking
- Software project management experience – Moneythor knowledge is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in IT/app development related operations
- Experience in a payments/banking environment is preferred
- Experience to communicate and interact with senior stakeholders in the bank for periodic update
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- English Fluency required, Arabic preferred
Mandatory Experience Required:
- Experience of technical project management for cards, loyalty or digital banking
- Knowledge of Moneythor PFM system
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, portfolio management and loyalty
This is a 12 months contractual role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
