Our client - a global leading payments firm - are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, activation, and retention for their app-based product. You’ll be responsible for scaling growth through performance marketing, lifecycle strategies, UX UI and conversion rate optimization, working closely with product, marketing, analytics, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Acquisition
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid, organic, and partnership channels to drive app installs and engagement.
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, and travel-specific platforms to maximize ROI.
- Implement and refine App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates in app marketplaces.
User Experience & Conversion Optimization
- Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers to identify and implement enhancements that improve onboarding, engagement, and conversion.
- Use behavioral data (from tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, Firebase, or Amplitude) to uncover friction points and optimize user flows.
- Conduct A/B testing and user experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key growth metrics (activation rate, retention, conversion).
- Lead initiatives around landing page optimization, app interface tweaks, and messaging experiments to increase user satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Translate growth insights into actionable design improvements — from CTA placement to navigation and booking flow enhancements.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Design and manage automated lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app) to nurture users throughout their travel journey.
- Segment users to deliver personalized content, offers, and travel inspiration.
Partnerships & Content
- Collaborate with influencers, tourism boards, and travel brands to create authentic, engaging growth campaigns.
- Drive co-marketing initiatives and cross-promotions that amplify reach and brand credibility.
Analytics & Insights
- Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, LTV, retention, and funnel conversion rates.
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate on growth experiments for sustainable scaling.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or UX-driven marketing, ideally in a travel, lifestyle, or mobile app environment.
- Proven success in driving both user acquisition and engagement through a mix of performance marketing and UX optimization.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design/product teams to influence user experience.
- Strong analytical mindset with a creative eye for storytelling and design.
- Passion for travel and a deep curiosity about how people discover and plan their trips.
- Fluent in Thai, Vietnamese, Malay or Tagalog
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and user journey mapping.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD for communicating growth-related UI ideas.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or mobile-first environments.
