Our client is a tier 1 management consulting firm. The are working with a leading insurer in Indonesia on an agency transformation programme to drive growth and improve agency performance. The client is seeking an experienced Agency Transformation Consultant to work alongside a case team and engage directly with senior agency leaders to diagnose performance issues and design practical, high?impact solutions.
This is a long?term, on?site engagement suited to a hands?on sales or agency management professional from the financial services sector. The role requires strong frontline leadership experience, structured problem?solving capability, and the credibility to operate with senior agency stakeholders in a transformation context.

Key Activities
- Work with the case team to front the engagement with senior agency leaders.
- Support root?cause diagnosis of agency performance challenges.
- Contribute to solution design and implementation planning to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Engage closely with frontline sales leaders and agency management to validate insights and recommendations.
- Apply structured, analytical thinking to assess performance drivers and improvement levers.
- Support delivery of agreed transformation initiatives over the course of the programme.
- Act as a credible, hands?on advisor to agency leadership throughout the engagement.
Your Background
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in frontline sales management within financial services.
- Experience at team leader level or above; more senior agency leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Background in the insurance industry or bancassurance sector.
- Strong structured thinking and analytical problem?solving capability.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to operate confidently with senior agency leaders and sales management teams.
Desirable
- Prior experience supporting agency or sales transformation initiatives.
- Consulting or project?based transformation experience.
- Experience working in large, multi?channel insurance organisations.
