A leading consulting firm is seeking 1–2 Filipino consultants to support a commercial due diligence engagement focused on the private hospital sector in the Philippines. The project will commence immediately and form part of a fast-paced transaction-related workstream requiring strong healthcare sector knowledge, local market insight, and consulting rigour.

The consultants will play a key role in conducting market research, stakeholder interviews, and site visits to support the assessment of private healthcare providers. This opportunity is well suited to experienced consultants with healthcare services or hospital sector exposure who can work independently while contributing effectively within a broader due diligence team.

Key Activities

• Conduct desktop research using Filipino-language and English-language sources.
• Perform market and competitive analysis of the private hospital and healthcare services sector.
• Interview industry experts and stakeholders in Filipino and English as required.
• Review and analyse healthcare market data, operational information, and supporting documentation.
• Support site visits to healthcare facilities and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop insights and synthesise findings into clear recommendations.
• Prepare client-ready presentations and slides in English.
• Work closely with the case team to support overall due diligence deliverables and timelines.

Your Background

Essential

• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent Filipino speaker with strong professional English skills.
• Experience in:
• Hospitals, or
• Healthcare services, healthcare providers, or related healthcare sectors.
• Strong research and analytical capability.
• Experience conducting stakeholder or expert interviews.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Ability to operate independently within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Desirable

• Previous experience supporting commercial due diligence or transaction-related projects.
• Familiarity with the Philippines healthcare market.
• Experience conducting site visits and field research.
