A leading global insurer is seeking to launch a new High Net Worth product and value proposition to market. They will be piloting the project in Singapore before roll out across other Asian markets including HK.

The proposition has been designed and they are now moving into buld and launch with the pilot scheduled to go live in 3 months. This is a unique opportunity to see a new venture within a large enterprise go from theory to live in the market.

To support this work, their global head of new ventures is seeking a Proposition Design / Venture Consultant Lead to join her for an initial 3 month engagement to drive the launch of the Singapore pilot.

Scope will cover the following:

1. Gain board approval for the target value proposition, product, service and distribution model
2. Ensure service delivery model is designed and agreed
3. Launch activation e.g PR/Marketing
4. On-board external added value partners that will form part of the overall offering
5. Ensure distribution channel readiness

This is a proposition chief of staff type role co-ordinating all workstreams and deliverables and working with in-house teams responsible for delivery/execution ensuring alignment and progress is on track.

Ideal for those with prior consulting experience building and launching new ventures, propositions and products within the Financial Services sector.
