Our client is looking for a highly skilled and driven Data Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, based in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for an individual with proven experience in Investment Banking and/or Global Markets, who is eager to take on a new challenge within a fast?paced and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will operate as a detail?oriented Business Analyst with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, contributing to our clients' key live initiatives within the Global Markets space. Given the diverse and complex nature of their clients’ programmes, they require someone who can demonstrate both breadth and depth of experience, with the intellectual adaptability to navigate evolving priorities. A proactive mindset, strong self?motivation, and a ‘can?do’ attitude are essential for success in this role.
Experience / Responsibilities:

- Gathering, challenging, documenting and presenting requirements
- Co-ordinating Global Markets activities across each country
- Logical, analytical approach with the ability to perform structured analysis and solve complex business concepts and issues

- Working together with internal stakeholders and vendor to ensure the validation of proposed solutions
- Develop a sound understanding of the business’ systems and processes
- Document business requirements of each country and business unit

Your Skills:
- Relevant degree
- A minimum of 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Murex
- Adaptable
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Treasury products essential
- Knowledge of Collateral Optimisation advantageous
- Understand trade lifecycle front to back essential
- SAIFM Registered persons exams
