Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking experienced Supply Chain practitioners to support strategic transformation initiatives across multiple industries. This engagement is ideal for senior professionals with deep functional expertise and hands-on experience leading complex supply chain optimization and transformation programs.

This is a 6-months contract, based in Singapore (Open to consultants based in Asia, willing to work in SGT)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or advise on end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Assess and optimize supply chain networks, including distribution network design, footprint rationalization, and distribution center consolidation.
• Support greenfield and brownfield supply chain setup projects, including new market entry and warehouse/DC establishment.
• Drive procurement and logistics optimization initiatives, including strategic sourcing, vendor management, transportation, and last-mile operations.
• Improve Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
• Lead cost optimization programs across procurement and logistics functions.
• Support ERP, WMS, or other supply chain technology implementations (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop practical recommendations and oversee implementation where required.

Ideal Profile

• 10+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Background in one or more of the following:
• Procurement Leadership (Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Vendor Management)
• Logistics Management (Freight, 3PL, Last-Mile Operations)
• End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership
• Warehouse or Distribution Centre Operations
• Demand & Supply Planning
• Proven experience delivering one or more of the following:
• Network optimization and supply chain footprint redesign
• Greenfield or brownfield supply chain setup
• S&OP / IBP implementation or transformation
• Supply chain transformation or post-merger integration
• Procurement or logistics cost reduction initiatives
• ERP or WMS implementation (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, etc.)
• Experience within FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce industries is highly preferred.
• Based in Asia with strong English communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
