A global consulting firm is soon to complete the due dilligence phase of a M&A deal for their European Insurance/Asset Management client. The insurer is acquiring the asset management arm of a regional bank and with the core hubs for the engagement being HK and Singapore.

Post the completion of this phase of work, they will be moving into a 9-month post merger separation integration where they are seeking to bring in a team of independent contractors to join the in-house consulting team to own and run the 'Control Tower' / PMO which will operate as the central separation management office.

PMO Manager

They are seeking to bring in a number of roles, including a PMO manager to lead the day-to-day programme/integration management within the central Separation Management Office (Control Tower); own the integration plan & timeline, tracks KPIs/risks, coordinates workstreams, QA's outputs, manage governance & stakeholders.

Relevant Experience:

• Large-scale transformation/PMI delivery for banks, insurers or asset managers
• PMI planning; operating model transformation
• PMO / Programme Management within large scale enterprises and transformations
• Consulting tool-kit
• Experience operating in APAC
