We are building a high-priority talent pool of data engineering and analytics professionals to support recurring demand across banks, insurers, and consulting firms.
There is a clear market shift toward data engineering and specialised analytics roles, with clients showing a strong preference for data engineers and domain-focused analysts over generalist data scientists.

- Develop and optimise data models and data warehouses.
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
- Analyse data to generate insights across credit, pricing, fraud, and risk functions.
- Work with large, complex datasets to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.
What we are looking for:
- 3–8 years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics roles.
- Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech preferred).
- Strong technical skills in:
- SQL (non-negotiable)
- Python or similar programming languages
- Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or analytics layers.
- Domain experience in credit risk, pricing, fraud, or financial analytics is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
We are particularly interested in:
- Data Engineers with strong pipeline and infrastructure experience.
- Analytics Engineers bridging data engineering and business analytics.
- BI Analysts with strong dashboarding and stakeholder engagement capability.
- Specialists in credit, pricing, fraud, or risk analytics.
Why join our talent pool:
- Consistent, recurring demand across top-tier financial institutions and consulting firms.
- Strong market preference for data engineering and specialised analytics skillsets.
- Opportunity to work on high-impact, data-driven transformation initiatives.
- Flexible, project-based roles aligned to evolving business needs.
If you are a data engineering or analytics professional with financial services experience, we would love to hear from you.
