What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Develop and optimise data models and data warehouses.
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Analyse data to generate insights across credit, pricing, fraud, and risk functions.
• Work with large, complex datasets to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with business, risk, and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained.

What we are looking for:

• 3–8 years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics roles.
• Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech preferred).
• Strong technical skills in:
• SQL (non-negotiable)
• Python or similar programming languages
• Data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL processes, or analytics layers.
• Domain experience in credit risk, pricing, fraud, or financial analytics is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
