A leading global financial services firm is looking for a Wealth Management Strategy & Implementation Manager to join its global Wealth Management team. The team works closely with business leaders across investment management, sales, marketing, products, technology and operations to address strategic business challenges and improve business performance.

The consultant will work under the guidance of the SVP – Wealth Management Strategy & Implementation, while also taking independent ownership of specific projects or workstreams. The role will involve understanding business challenges, conducting analysis, identifying improvement opportunities and driving the implementation of recommendations to deliver better business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders across different functions to understand business priorities and challenges.
• Gather and analyse business data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable recommendations.
• Support business process optimisation and operating model design initiatives.
• Contribute to strategy formulation and implementation across the Wealth Management business.
• Evaluate new business ideas and support their incubation and implementation.
• Independently lead specific projects or workstreams, driving recommendations through to execution.

Your Background

• MBA from a premier institute with 5–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in global internal consulting, preferably within investment management, wealth management or investment banking.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and customer focus.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different levels of seniority.
• Ability to work independently, drive results and navigate ambiguity.

This is a contractual engagement and will be fully remote, on a full-time basis, for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.
