We are looking for a Change management consultant with hands-on experience across large transformation programmes, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and implementation. This is delivery-focused work, supporting major change initiatives such as ERP, technology and operating model transformations, working directly with client teams to embed change and drive adoption.

What we are looking for

• 5 to 8 years of experience in hands-on change management delivery
• Demonstrated experience supporting large transformation programmes, such as ERP, technology or operating model change
• A genuine delivery focus - comfortable executing day to day rather than working purely at an advisory level
• Consulting background preferred, based in Sydney or Melbourne, with flexibility but some on-site presence expected

Valued, but not essential
