Project Overview

Our client, a boutique design consultancy firm, is supporting a client engagement to a sustained change programme to drive adoption of Google Enterprise (Google Workspace) across its workforce. The client is seeking two on?site Adoption Consultants / Trainers to lead and support this initiative, focusing on user enablement, behaviour change, and long?term adoption.


This engagement requires hands?on trainers with strong change management capability who can confidently run workshops, train end users, and support adoption at scale. The consultants will work closely with internal stakeholders and serve as visible champions for the new collaboration tools.


Key Activities

  • Drive end?user adoption of Google Enterprise / Google Workspace tools.
  • Design and deliver in?person workshops and training sessions.
  • Train internal trainers, champions, and key user groups.
  • Support change management activities to embed new ways of working.
  • Act as on?site points of support for users during adoption phases.
  • Reinforce best practices for collaboration, productivity, and tool usage.
  • Tailor training approaches to different user groups and maturity levels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholder teams to ensure adoption goals are met.


Your Background

Lead Consultant / Trainer (Essential)

  • 5+ years’ experience in training, adoption, or change roles.
  • Proven experience driving adoption of Google Enterprise / Google Workspace.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Solid change management capability, including user engagement and resistance management.
  • Confident operating independently and leading adoption initiatives on the ground.

Support Consultant / Trainer (Essential)

  • 3+ years’ experience in training, enablement, or change support roles.
  • Hands?on experience delivering user training or workshops.
  • Exposure to Google Workspace or similar enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, delivery?oriented mindset.

Desirable (Both Roles)

  • Experience supporting large?scale technology rollouts.
  • Background in organisational change, digital workplace, or productivity transformations.
  • Ability to adapt training content for different audiences.
