Our client is looking for an experienced consulting Manager to lead the development and implementation of a Combined Assurance framework in the telecommunications sector. The project role will focus on integrating risk management, internal controls and assurance activities into a cohesive, automated and effective assurance model that supports executive and board-level oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement a Combined Assurance framework aligned to organisational risk and governance requirements
- Integrate first, second and third line assurance activities into a single, coherent assurance model
- Embed automated risk monitoring and internal control frameworks where applicable
- Support the formulation, review and enhancement of risk and assurance-related policies
- Prepare high-quality risk and combined assurance reporting for executive management and risk committees
- Engage with key stakeholders across risk, compliance, internal audit and business functions to ensure effective adoption of the framework
- Provide subject matter expertise on combined assurance best practices and emerging trends
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Combined Assurance models
- Extensive experience in enterprise risk management frameworks and practices
- Strong background in policy development and governance documentation
- Demonstrated experience in risk committee and board-level reporting
- Solid technical understanding of:
- Combined assurance frameworks
- Automated risk monitoring tools and methodologies
- Internal control frameworks
- Experience within a Telco or similarly complex, regulated environment (advantageous)
