The consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting this mining initiative, providing specialized insights to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with on-site teams and project managers to assess and improve mining operations, including extraction techniques and resource management.
• Conduct site evaluations and data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for enhanced productivity.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, such as engineers and environmental specialists, to integrate best practices in safety and sustainability.
• Influence decision-making on equipment selection, process optimization, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to senior leadership.

Your Background

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in mining operations or related fields, with a proven track record in project execution.
• Strong technical skills in areas such as geological assessment, mining engineering, or operational analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
• Sector-specific expertise in mineral extraction, preferably in regions like India with similar geological profiles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work in dynamic, field-based environments.

The project is expected to commence immediately, with the primary location in Udaipur. The initial contract duration is 3 months, with strong potential for extension based on project milestones and performance.
