Project Overview

A leading organisation in the aviation sector is undertaking a major implementation of Dayforce across a diverse workforce spanning both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups. The rollout includes core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Core HR, and requires a strong focus on behavioural change, readiness, and successful adoption across operational and office-based environments.

To support this rollout, the organisation requires an experienced Change Manager to lead the people, behavioural and readiness components of the transition. • Lead readiness activities across multiple sites, ensuring employees and leaders are equipped for the transition.
  • Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, and project leadership to support a smooth and coordinated rollout.
  • Identify and evaluate change impacts across workforce groups, and develop mitigation and readiness plans.
  • Coach frontline leaders, team managers and operational stakeholders to drive adoption and behavioural change.
  • Support the design and execution of training and communication materials that meet the needs of diverse workforce groups.
  • Monitor adoption risks, resistance points, and site-level readiness, escalating issues as required.
