A leading organisation in the aviation sector is undertaking a major implementation of Dayforce across a diverse workforce spanning both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups. The rollout includes core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Core HR, and requires a strong focus on behavioural change, readiness, and successful adoption across operational and office-based environments.
To support this rollout, the organisation requires an experienced Change Manager to lead the people, behavioural and readiness components of the transition. This is a 6-month, full-time engagement, with an immediate start. The successful consultant will ensure the new HRIS platform is understood, adopted and embedded across varied workforce groups, including frontline operational staff and office-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy for the Dayforce implementation.
- Tailor engagement, communication, and training approaches to suit both blue-collar operational teams and office-based employees.
- Lead readiness activities across multiple sites, ensuring employees and leaders are equipped for the transition.
- Partner closely with Payroll, HR, Operations, and project leadership to support a smooth and coordinated rollout.
- Identify and evaluate change impacts across workforce groups, and develop mitigation and readiness plans.
- Coach frontline leaders, team managers and operational stakeholders to drive adoption and behavioural change.
- Support the design and execution of training and communication materials that meet the needs of diverse workforce groups.
- Monitor adoption risks, resistance points, and site-level readiness, escalating issues as required.
Your Background
Essential:
- Strong experience leading organisational change in blue-collar or operational environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system implementations.
- Prior experience with Dayforce or equivalent platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Ceridian, ADP).
- Ability to plan and execute change activities across multiple physical sites as well as remote/office environments.
- Confidence engaging and influencing frontline leaders, operations managers and varied stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and coaching capability.
Highly Valued:
- Exposure to change management within the aviation or similar regulated, safety-focused industries.
