To support this, they have established a strong in-house design team. To support the upskilling and capability building of this team, they are now seeking a Design Coach to help develop the 'sales' skills and mindset needed to pitch and win consulting engagements centred around design.
The ideal individual will be someone that has proven experience of 'selling' design in a professional services and corporate enterprise setting. This could be at an agency, consulting practice or as an in-house team selling to the business.
The client is seeking someone who can design and deliver a training and coaching engagement, ideally in person in Singapore.
Experience of the Singapore and broader SE Asia market is needed with a bonus of bringing leading practice insights from other market environments that could be applied locally.
