Overview:
The Human Resources Business Unit enables people to maximize the clients’ impact. The Associate in the Business Partner function, within the overall Human Resources Business Unit plays a multifaceted role, driving strategic alignment with the business, performance reporting, lifecycle management, employee relations and engagement. This is a highly visible, employee-facing role that requires daily interaction with team members and firmwide employees across all levels to address queries, resolve concerns, and ensure seamless employee experience. This profile offers a steep learning curve, providing rich exposure to people strategy, organizational dynamics, and data-driven decision-making while providing hands-on experience of working with senior stake holders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership & Strategy:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align HR strategies with commercial objectives.
- Support business planning, project execution, and end-to-end process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in building business cases, performance metrics, and strategic presentations for leadership.
- Act as a strategic communications partner to leaders and cross-functional teams.
2. Performance & Reporting:
- Manage the full cycle of performance reviews, including promotions and calibrations.
- Generate, maintain and analyse dashboards and MIS for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reporting on key HR and business metrics and drive insights from data.
3. Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Design and implement employee experience strategies focused on critical lifecycle moments.
- Drive engagement initiatives to boost wellbeing, productivity and retention.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and use data to continuously assess and improve sentiment.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
4. Employee Relations & Lifecycle Management:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees; manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Handle employee relations matters including investigations and documentation.
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.

2. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (data manipulation, dashboards, presentations).
Experience:
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations, performance management and data-driven HR processes. Service-oriented mindset with experience supporting business stakeholders is preferred.
Education:
- Any graduate degree; post-graduate qualification preferred.
