We are seeking a hands-on Consultant to support a major business transformation project for a leading law firm. The focus is on validating cost-saving opportunities through process improvement, automation, and AI enablement, and building a credible business case and implementation roadmap.
This role will work closely with senior consultants to analyse operational processes, model financial impacts, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data-driven analysis of existing processes, cost structures, and workflows.
- Support process mapping, identifying automation and AI enablement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain cost models, investment analyses, and initiative tracking.
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials and documentation for executive audiences.
- Support stakeholder interviews, synthesising findings into clear insights and implications.
- Contribute to the development of the business case and implementation roadmap.
- Ensure rigour, accuracy, and clear presentation of all analytical outputs.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in management consulting, transformation, or business analysis.
- Proven experience in process mapping, cost modelling, or operational improvement.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to build and interpret financial models.
- Exposure to automation or AI implementation projects highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint presentation development.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
